David Ruberg - Chief Executive Officer

David C. Ruberg joined Interxion as Chief Executive Officer in November 2007 after holding the position of Chairman at Interxion from 2003, where he was instrumental in overseeing  the development of the business into one of Europe's largest carrier Independent vendors. Prior to joining Interxion from Baker Capital, Mr. Ruberg was CEO and Chairman of Intermedia Communications, a broadband communications services provider, as well as Chairman of its majority-owned subsidiary, Digex, Inc, a web hosting company. While Chairman of Intermedia, Mr. Ruberg acquired, repositioned and then took Digex public. Prior to Intermedia, he was general manager of Data General's PC and Systems Integration Division and also led the company's WAN Products Division. Before Data General, Mr. Ruberg built large development organizations at software, database and data communications and equipment companies. He began his career as a scientist at AT&T Bell Labs, contributing to the development of operating systems.

Mr. Ruberg serves on the boards of Adpatix, Inc., Broadview Networks, Interxion and QSC AG. Mr. Ruberg holds a Bachelor's Degree from Middlebury College and received his Masters in Computer and Communication Sciences from the University of Michigan

Anthony Foy - Group Managing Director

Anthony brings a broad background in multinational sales management and business development. Prior to joining Interxion, he worked for Broadbase Software (now Kana Software), where he served as Senior Vice President and General Manager International.

As part of the senior management team at Broadbase, Anthony was instrumental in growing the company from startup to IPO to over $100 million in revenue. Prior to this he was Director International Sales & Business Development for Red Brick Systems (now part of IBM) and International Sales & Marketing manager for ATP.

Dick Theunissen - Chief Marketing Officer

Dick has a wide range of strategic marketing and business development experience gained in the hosting and networking environment.

Prior to joining us, he was President of Amen International, a leading European web hosting company, and before that he was Vice President at VIA NET.WORKS where he managed their European SME and hosting business. Earlier in his career he held senior product development, direction and marketing roles with both KPN and KPNQwest. He has a Master of Science degree in Economics from the Erasmus University Rotterdam.

Phil Collerton - Executive Vice President Operations

Phil brings extensive experience in the field of value added services deployment in the Internet infrastructure industry.

Before joining Interxion, Phil worked with Exodus, a US-based organisation, to establish operations in Europe, opening data centers in London and Frankfurt and securing space in Paris, Amsterdam and Munich. He pioneered the European expansion from two to 300+ employees in a 24-month period. He previously worked as European Support Manager for Tandem (now Compaq) and for BIS Banking Systems (now part of Misys), providing 24/7 mission-critical business support for these companies in Europe.

Jaap Camman - Executive Vice President Legal

Jaap joined Interxion in November 1999, after working for a number of years for the Dutch Government. He was Deputy Head of the Insurance Division within the Netherlands Ministry of Finance. He holds a Law degree from Utrecht University.

Jaap, is responsible for all legal and corporate affairs within the Interxion group, and has extensive experience in corporate financing, restructuring and organization.

Josh Joshi - Chief Financial Officer

Josh is a Chartered Accountant and finance professional with over 17 years experience..He has spent most of the last decade as a Chief Financial Officer in the e-commerce network and infrastructure sectors.

Prior to joining Interxion, Josh was Chief Financial Officer of Leisure and Gaming plc and prior to that TeleCity plc, both publicly traded companies on the London Stock Exchange. He was one of the founders of private equity backed Storm Telecommunications Limited.

Mr. Joshi brings to this role a deep and broad knowledge of the colocation and managed services business, advanced financial skills and extensive experience in the capital markets in the UK
